* Arrival date may delay than expected depends on destination address when so many customers ordering at the same time or running into consecutive holidays.

* We will contact you in case ordered products are not be available because of out of stock.

* Arrival date may delay than expected because of traffic or other reasons including delivery company in specific holiday and new year.

* Arrival date may be earlier or later than expected because of weather

Please check delivered products is same as your order.

* About damage, dirt and incorrect products
although we confirm ordered products before delivery them, please contact us within 8 days by email or call us in case they are damaged , dirty or incorrect to your order.
We will reply to you about returning or exhanging products.

* About exchanging or returning products because of the customers' personal preferences,
we will not be able to accept in principle.
in case you need to return them due to uncontrollable circumstances, please contact us within 8 days.

* The situations that we cannot accept returning or exchanging
・When 9 days passed after delivered
・When there is no contact for returning or exchanging in advance
・When the product has already been used
・When the product make dirty by customer
・When the product is retouched or repaired by customer
・When accessories such as packing box, tag and manual are lost, broken, made dirty
・Products that are written as "Non-returnable" in the products' page

* About refund
Refund may delay (it depend on due date of credit card company) because modification or cancellation process will be done when we get notification of returning or changing after checkout process has been finished.

About delivery fee for return

* About damage, dirt and incorrect products
We will pay delivery fee in case it s caused by our mistake.
We will refund when products are unable to exchange because of out of stock, discontinued, discount or limited, etc.
* About exchanging or returning products because of the customers' personal preferences
Please return products to us after we made a judgement about they are returnable or exchangeable by paying delivery fee by your own.

■After your order is shipped, it will be automatically returned to us in the following cases. Please place your order so that you can receive the product within the receiving period.

  2. If you are absent for a long period of time, or if you are unable to receive the product due to your own reasons, and the delivery company's storage period has expired.
